Younger workers are searching for meaning above and beyond larger salaries to feel fulfilled.

89 percent of respondents will choose to work on personal interests/things that impact society and 82 percent will define their own work schedule.

This according to the ADP Research Institute’s ® 2016 Evolution of Work study
